An established industry player is seeking an Access Coordinator to join their Safer Homes team. This role is pivotal in ensuring 100% access compliance across the operational area. You will liaise with legal and community partnership teams, ensuring that customer service remains a top priority. We’re excited to be looking for a new Access Coordinator to join our Safer Homes team where you’ll act as a point of contact for any access matters, proactively striving for 100% access compliance across the operational area, and ensuring essential access is achieved through collaboration with the scheduling and administration team. This role can be based at one of our offices: Eastleigh (SO50 6AD), Yeovil (BA22 8WN), or Bracknell (RG12 1RF).
You’ll liaise with Abri’s in-house legal and community partnership teams whilst complying with policies and procedures.
You’ll ensure our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so it’s very important your customer service skills are top-notch – we want to always go above and beyond and amaze our customers with the services we provide. Remember, we don’t just want to do things the way they’ve always been done, we want to do things even better!
You’ll have excellent communication skills since you’ll be working collaboratively with various stakeholders both internally and externally in order to deliver a seamless service.
