Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Security Systems Service Engineer to maintain and enhance client relationships across Public, Private, Construction, Retail and Sports venues.

The role focuses on maintenance and servicing of Intruder Alarm, CCTV and Access Control systems, with some work on Panic/Affray Alarms, Nurse call and EVCS and an element of remedial and small works.

About The Role

OCS is seeking a Security Systems Service Engineer to maintain and enhance our relationships with esteemed clients in multiple sectors including Public, Private, Construction, Retail and Sports venues.

The ideal candidate will primarily focus on the maintenance and servicing of their Intruder Alarm, CCTV and Access Control systems, with some works on Panic / Affray Alarms, Nurse call and EVCS and an element of remedial and small works.

The selected candidate must work collaboratively with team members and interact with clients and other trades in a professional and tactful manner, thereby positively representing the Company.

This role requires regular site visits, emphasising a customer-centric approach at all times. The Security Engineer will report directly to the Local Service Manager.
