Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Security Systems Installation Engineer to install and commission intruder alarm, CCTV and access control systems across Public, Private, Construction, Retail and Sports venues.

The role covers small works to major turnkey projects, requiring collaboration with project engineers and managers to deliver cutting-edge security solutions while upholding professional standards on site.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS and ECS cards are required.
• IPAF and PASMA certifications are required.
• First Aid certification is required.
• SSSTS qualification is required.
• Manufacturer training related to security systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all relevant documentation for projects and installations.
• Ensure customer expectations are met and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate workload effectively and meet project deadlines.
• Maintain quality management and uphold H&S standards.
• Achieve KPIs for attendance in line with client SLAs.
• Collaborate with team members and other trades on site.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and professional conduct on site.
• Lead by example and ensure company policies and site regulations are followed.
• Complete time sheets, expense claims and site reports on time.
• Contribute to a safe working environment through adherence to protocols.

About The Role:

OCS Security is seeking a Security Systems Installation Engineer to maintain and enhance our relationships with esteemed clients in multiple sectors including Public, Private, Construction, Retail and Sports venues.

The ideal candidate will primarily focus on the Installation and commissioning of Intruder Alarm, CCTV and Access Control systems, with some works on Panic / Affray Alarms, Nurse call and EVCS systems ranging from small works to full turnkey solutions on major infrastructure projects.

The selected candidate must work collaboratively with team members, project engineers, project managers to deliver cutting edge solutions and interact with clients and other trades in a professional and tactful manner, thereby positively representing the Company.
