Job summary

The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated educator to support ACCEND and cancer care education across the Trust.

You will work within the Education Faculty and Simulation Faculty to develop, implement and evaluate clinical skills training, aligning with policies and national programmes.

This role involves analysing incident reports with Patient Safety, contributing to quality improvement and supporting multidisciplinary teams across wards.

Responsibilities

• Support ACCEND programme implementation across the Trust education offers.
• Develop and implement Clinical Skills in cancer care in line with Trust policies.
• Work with Education Faculty and Simulation Faculty to enhance clinical education.
• Monitor incident reports with Patient Safety to identify trends.
• Support evaluation of learning activities and redesign programmes as needed.
