• Basic salary up to £25,479 (age-related pay)

Our well-established Vauxhall Falkirk branch is performing exceptionally well, and we are seeking to recruit our next talented Technician. You will be mentored by experienced Vauxhall-trained Vehicle Technicians and work alongside a franchise Service Leader. We welcome applications from Level 3 qualified students with aspirations, eagerness to learn, and the drive to become fully qualified Vehicle Technicians within 6 to 18 months. We will provide all necessary support, tools, guidance, and training to help you succeed.

What to expect from this role and programme:

• A dedicated mentor to work with and shadow daily, honing your skills
• An in-depth practical assessment programme with regular reviews to monitor progress
• Utilising your mechanical knowledge to carry out repairs and maintenance, including clutch and cam belt replacements
• Within a year, you'll be able to service and maintain customer vehicles, from brake pads and tyres to oil and filter checks
