As a future Technician, you will be mentored by top Vauxhall-trained Vehicle Technicians and work closely with an experienced Service Leader. You will benefit from manufacturer training, a supportive environment, and ample opportunities for learning and development.

Program Highlights:

• Dedicated mentorship with daily shadowing to develop your skills
• Comprehensive practical assessment programme with regular progress reviews
• Hands-on experience in repairs and maintenance, including clutch and cam belt replacements
• Within a year, you'll be capable of servicing and maintaining vehicles, from brake pads and tyres to oil and filter checks
