As a future Technician, you will have the opportunity to be mentored by top Ford-trained Vehicle Technicians and work with an experienced franchise Service Leader. We welcome applications from level 3 qualified students who are eager to learn and aspire to become fully qualified Vehicle Technicians within 6 to 18 months. We will provide all necessary support, tools, guidance, and training to help you succeed.

What you can expect from this role and programme:

• A dedicated mentor to work with and shadow daily, honing your skills
• An in-depth practical assessment programme with regular progress reviews

• Within a year, the ability to service and maintain customer vehicles, from brake pads and tyres to oil and filter checks
