Participants will have specific Learning Goals, coordinate with mentors and management, and participate in "Week-in-the-Life" shadowing. They will present major accomplishments at the end of each rotation to leadership teams. Performance evaluations occur at 3 and 6 months per rotation, based on company standards and competencies. Additional leadership, product knowledge, and other relevant trainings are included, along with attendance at an annual conference for networking and development.
