A global consulting firm is seeking an Associate Consultant for their Intelligent Industry programme in Glasgow. This role involves leveraging emerging technologies to drive business transformation and working closely with clients to deliver innovative solutions. WHAT IS THE INTELLIGENT INDUSTRY ACCELERATE PROGRAMME PATHWAY?
The Intelligent Industry (II) pathway of the Accelerate programme is designed for talented graduates, passionate about leveraging a human-centric approach to transform and reinvent our customers' and suppliers' ways of working and processes.
The Accelerate Programme consists of 2 parts:
Your first 3 months of the Accelerate Programme will be spent within The Institute, where you will learn core consulting skills and gain a broad understanding of everything we do at Capgemini Invent within a feedback rich environment.
YOUR ROLE
As an Associate Consultant you will embark on a stimulating and exciting journey where you will develop key skills that influence how our clients evolve the way they work, perform, and achieve their goals.
You'll have the opportunity to work on large scale transformation programmes whereby you will ensure the smooth delivery of end-to-end projects by working flexibly, demonstrating intellectual capability, and delivering innovative solutions for clients.
The day-to-day tasks can vary from engagement with senior stakeholders, conducting analysis of data or business requirements, designing business strategies through to delivering workshops and collaboratively working in cross-functional teams to drive continuous business performance improvement.

Alongside the courses you will have the opportunity to deepen your content knowledge in your specific areas of interest through our Accelerate Core Consulting Pathways, designed to upskill you in areas such as strategic analysis, operating model transformation and cloud computing among other topics. You'll also benefit from Leadership Connect sessions to help you learn more about your leadership team in Intelligent Industry and bring you closer to the team, alongside monthly deep dive sessions into the work we conduct in our Intelligent Industry sub team.

NEED TO KNOW
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
Note: You will have lived in the UK for the last three years with no more than 6 months out of the country (in order to meet security clearance requirements). You may be required to work away from home during the week after the initial training period.
