Capgemini Invent UK is launching a graduate programme in London for Associate Consultants in Financial Services, with a start in April. You will work on transformation projects and gain hands-on client experience across industries.

The Accelerate Programme runs ~19–21 months, combining learning, coaching, and live project work, with a three-week induction and a twelve-week training course, plus a blend of office, client site, and home working.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2:2 degree required, or studying towards it with degree completed before start date.
  • Eligibility to start in April in London.
  • Open to mitigating circumstances being considered.

Responsibilities

  • Support transformation programmes across Financial Services.
  • Contribute to client projects and develop consulting, technology and problem-solving skills.

As an Associate Consultant on our Financial Services pathway, you'll support transformation programmes, contribute to client projects and develop your consulting, technology and problem-solving skills while working across a range of industries.The Accelerate ProgrammeThe Accelerate Programme is Capgemini Invent UK's award winning graduate development programme. Over approximately 19 to 21 months, you'll progress from Associate Consultant to Consultant through a blend of structured learning, coaching, mentoring and hands on client experience. Following an initial three week induction and a twelve week consulting training programme delivered by the Institute, you'll move into your chosen pathway, applying your skills on live client projects while benefiting from ongoing development, regular feedback and a strong graduate community. Travel to client sites may be required, and candidates should live within reasonable commuting distance of their chosen office location.Hybrid working : The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business. It will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home.
