Capgemini Invent UK offers the Corporate Experience Pathway and Accelerate Programme. As an Associate Consultant on the Corporate Experience pathway, you’ll gain client exposure, structured learning, mentorship, and hands-on project experience over about 19 to 21 months, progressing to Consultant.

Initial induction and training, then live client projects with ongoing feedback within a collaborative graduate community.

Responsibilities

Over approximately 19 to 21 months, you'll progress from Associate Consultant to Consultant through a blend of structured learning, coaching, mentoring and hands on client experience. Following an initial three week induction and a twelve week consulting training programme delivered by the Institute, you'll move into your chosen pathway, applying your skills on live client projects while benefiting from ongoing development, regular feedback and a strong graduate community. Travel to client sites may be required, and candidates should live within reasonable commuting distance of their chosen office location.Hybrid working : The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business. It will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home.
