Academy Head of Academy Analysis
The Academy works to a clear focus on learning and performance analysis across the Academy plays a pivotal role. The main purpose of this role is to lead the analysis workflow for the Under 21 team to maximise both player and coach development.
Essential:
Qualifications: A BSc (Hons) degree in a Performance Analysis or related subject, or working towards it
Experience: Previous experience of Performance Analysis in an elite football club’s academy
Knowledge: Have an understanding of industry leading analysis software including Spiideo, Sportscode, Hudl, Wyscout, Final Cut Pro, and Microsoft Excel.
Desirable:
Qualifications: A postgraduate degree in a Performance Analysis or related subject
Experience: Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team
Knowledge: In depth knowledge in databasing and reporting
