Role: Academy Physiotherapist (U18)

Salary: Competitive

Hours: Full-time role requiring flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Location: American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing BN15 9FP

Deliver an exceptional physiotherapy service

This role involves supporting the daily operations of the U18 medical provision, including assisting with and coordinating pre-signing medical assessments for Academy players and trialists. You will collaborate with the performance team to develop injury prevention strategies across all age groups. Additionally, you will provide physiotherapy match day cover at fixtures, both home and away, ensuring high-standard pitch side care in line with ATMMIF teaching.

Your physiotherapist background

We seek someone experienced working with young athletes in professional sport, proficient in technologies such as Vald and GPS for injury management and rehab support using objective data.

Qualifications required

  • A BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree or equivalent
  • Registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and HCPC
  • FA ATMMiF pitch side first aid qualification
