Job summary

Harris Invictus Academy Croydon is seeking an ICT Technician to provide outstanding IT support to staff, students and trainee teachers. You will log incidents, manage requests, and own tickets to ensure timely, high-quality resolutions across on-site infrastructure.

The role requires experience with Windows 10, Apple devices, and Microsoft products (Office 365/SharePoint). You will work closely with the IT Service Manager to support servers, VoIP, and network documentation in a busy school

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in a similar, client-facing IT role in education.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products including Office 365 and SharePoint.
• Experience of supporting Active Directory user accounts and Apple products.
• On-site IT support experience in an educational environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality IT support to staff, students and trainee teachers.
• Ensure incidents and service requests are logged and tracked.
• Maintain and deploy Windows 10 PCs, laptops and tablets, and Apple iMacs/iPads.
• Install and test software updates and upgrades; configure VoIP phones.
• Maintain server/network infrastructure documentation and CMDB assets.
• Administer Active Directory user accounts and groups.
