We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused Academy IT Manager to join our friendly and forward-thinking IT & Data Team at the David Ross Education Trust. Based at our Head Office in Loughborough, you will play a key role in supporting the central Trust team as well as providing expert IT services to Charnwood College and Booth Wood Academy.
You'll act as the first point of contact for IT support across these sites, managing and responding to service desk requests with professionalism and a focus on high-quality customer service. You'll also contribute to our wider Digital strategy and work collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust's wider network.
As part of a Trust-wide IT & Data Team serving 36 academies, you'll benefit from daily collaboration with experienced professionals who support one another not only technically, but also in promoting a positive team culture, mental health, and staff wellbeing. Whether it's sharing best practice, solving complex issues, or simply checking in with a colleague, you'll be part of a connected and supportive team that values people as much as performance.
