Job summary

Norwich City Football Club are recruiting mini-bus drivers on a casual basis to start immediately, subject to satisfactory DBS and licence clearance. The role involves transporting Academy players to training at the Avant Training Centre and to school, with weekend cover for games as required.

Successful applicants must have mini-bus driving experience, a D1 licence and a clean driving record, and be flexible with hours.

• Experience driving mini-buses for a club or school setting.
• D1 driving licence and a clean driving record required.
• DBS disclosure satisfactory prior to engagement.

Responsibilities

• Transport Academy players to and from training at Avant Training Centre during weekdays and weekends.
• Transport players to and from school as required.
• Cover transport to games during weekdays and at weekends on request.
• Assist with trialist chaperoning and maintain good liaison with staff and players.

Job description

Norwich City Football Club are looking to recruit mini-bus drivers for the Academy ona casual basis to start with immediate effect, following satisfactory DBS and licence clearance.

The successful individuals will be responsible for transporting Academy players to and from training at the Avant Training Centre during the week and at weekends, transporting players to and from school, assisting with trialist chaperoning as well as covering transport to games during the week as well as Saturdays and Sundays upon request.

This exciting opportunity involves working variable hours throughout the week and on weekends.

Required Experience;

• Mini-Bus Driving Experience
• D1 Driving License
• Clean Driving License

The role requires a candidate with an ability to work flexible hours, sometimes on short notice. You will need to have excellent communication skills to ensure a good working relationship with the academy operations team, coaching staff and players.
