Reading College is seeking an individual to manage the Oxford Development Centre, responsible for training and nurturing young football talent. The ideal candidate will hold essential coaching and safeguarding qualifications, ensuring compliance and high standards in player development. We are looking for someone to be responsible for the running of our Oxford Development Centre. Reporting to the Head of Academy Recruitment, you will be responsible for ensuring the best U6 and U7 players in the Oxford area train at our Development Centre on a Friday evening with the aim of progressing them to the Reading FC Pre-Academy group.
