Overview

Due to our continued expansion, we are looking to recruit an Academy Coordinator to join our team in Teddington. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. The role will support the team in delivering a high standard of service to the business, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Location: Teddington, Greater London TW11

Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

Salary: £26,400

Key responsibilities
  • Adding colleagues who start an apprenticeship onto our learner management system
  • Maintain and update information on our learner management system following the learners moves across the business
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Academy Director and Heads of Academy
  • Managing incoming mail to the admin inbox, actioning any changes that need to be made to a learners profile on the system
  • Answering the Help and Advice line and directing colleagues to the appropriate department
  • Calling colleagues to remind them of Academy Workshops booked in
  • Giving adhoc support to the wider team as required
Requirements

The successful applicant must be highly IT literate with good knowledge of Word and Excel as well as Gmail and associated Google programs.

You must have:
  • Strong administration skills.
  • A professional approach, able to instill confidence to internal customers.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
You must also be:
  • Organised, methodical and diligent.
  • Flexible in approach.
  • Able to work under pressure, assess and prioritise workload appropriately.
