Requirements:UEFA C Licence (minimum) – UEFA B Licence preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and review engaging coaching sessions in line with the club’s playing philosophy.
  • Support the technical, tactical, physical, and psychological development of academy players.
  • Monitor player progress and provide regular feedback.
  • Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are upheld at all times.
  • Represent the club positively at training, matches, and events.

Skills & Attributes:

  • UEFA C Licence (minimum), UEFA B preferred.
  • Experience coaching youth players within a club or academy environment.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain).
