This is a part-time role responsible for developing players in a specific age group.

Core Responsibilities
  1. Plan and deliver training programmes for all players in the age group according to the Academy coaching curriculum.
  2. Set Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) for all players and provide opportunities for development.
  3. Log all coaching sessions and game minutes for players in the FIP system.
  4. Conduct performance reviews for all players in the age group as per Youth Development (YD) rules.
  5. Attend internal meetings, and participate in internal and external Continuing Professional Development (CPD) events as requested.
About You
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • UEFA B Licence or higher
  • FA Youth Award
  • Understanding of the academy audit process, HUDL, and FIP systems
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • UEFA A Licence
  • FA Advanced Youth Award
  • FA Goalkeeping B Licence
  • Minibus Licence
  • Experience working within a professional football academy
