Job description

Location: Woolwich

Pay Rate: 25- 35 per hour
Job Type: Temporary Part-Time Flexible

Choose your own hours- work morning, noon's or evenings.

Work locally and help students to achieve their full potential.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide structured, focused support in Maths, English or Functional Skills at KS3-GCSE level.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs and learning styles of students.
  • Deliver engaging lessons to boost academic confidence and exam performance.
  • Work closely with learners to identify gaps and set realistic, motivating goals.

What You Need:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience tutoring or teaching core subjects.
  • Experience working with diverse learners, including those with SEN.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Have or be willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check

Desirable:

  • PGCE or QTS in a core subject ( English, Maths or Science)
  • Previous experience supporting students with learning difficulties or SEN needs.
