Responsibilities:

• Providing note-taking support to students with disabilities or mental health conditions
• Producing accurate and legible notes for lectures, seminars, tutorials, and group tasks
• Reviewing notes post-lecture to ensure accessibility for students
• Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times
• Acting in the best interests of learners, adhering to institutional policies

You will collaborate with Randstad to meet individual student needs and ensure concerns are addressed promptly. Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality is essential in this role.
