About the Role

The Academic Services Administrator Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance sits within the wider Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance (QARC) function and plays a vital role in ensuring a high-quality academic experience for our client s students.

You ll provide key administrative support to help deliver the University s quality assurance and enhancement frameworks, while also supporting compliance with regulatory requirements.

What You ll Do:

  • Support the implementation and ongoing development of effective administrative processes aligned to the QARC team s improvement plan.
  • Format and update key policies, procedures, and documents in preparation for wider University dissemination.
  • Act as the first point of contact for queries to the QARC team, routing or escalating issues as needed.
  • Provide timely administrative support to cyclical quality assurance and regulatory compliance activities.
  • Deliver high-quality committee servicing as required.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues across the University.
  • Support wider QARC projects and initiatives, as well as provide cover during team absences.
  • Ensure staff and stakeholders are supported in complying with relevant academic and regulatory procedures.

What You ll Bring:

  • Experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within Higher Education.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to use initiative and work independently.

This role is offered as a 6-month fixed term contract.
