Job summary

You will work with academic colleagues to support approval, review and amendment processes, offering expert QA guidance and ensuring high standards and excellent student experiences.

The role requires strong stakeholder skills, organisational excellence and a proactive approach to continuous improvement within a forward-looking team.

Qualifications

• Experience of quality assurance, academic governance or programme management in higher education.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
• The confidence to advise colleagues and manage complex quality processes.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support programme approval, review and amendment processes.
• Provide expert advice on quality assurance matters.
