Are you a recent graduate with a 1st Class Degree looking to kick-start your career in an exciting, fast-paced environment? We have a fantastic opportunity for a bright, motivated individual to join a dedicated team of Private PAs, providing administrative support to an academic couple in their private family home in the prestigious area of Holland Park, London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support to a busy academic couple
  • Assist with a variety of property projects, events, and research tasks
  • Manage general admin duties efficiently, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with a small, dynamic team of Private PAs
  • Actively contribute to making decisions and taking action as requests arise

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A recent graduate with a 1st Class Degree (ideally in a relevant field)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to think on your feet and react quickly to requests
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to articulate clearly
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and keen to take on more responsibility
  • Experience in a similar administrative or PA role is a plus but not essential

You will be required to work Monday to Friday, with a private house, but be on call as needed.
