Job summary

Randstad Student & Worker Support is seeking reliable Academic Notetakers at University of Chichester. Start date September 2026 for the 2026/2027 academic year. Pay rate £12.71 per hour with benefits.

You will attend lectures and seminars, produce accurate handwritten notes for students with disabilities, and maintain confidentiality while supporting their academic progress. This role offers flexible hours and opportunities for CPD and advancement.

Qualifications

• Neat handwriting and legible notes essential.
• Good typing, spelling and grammar.
• Punctual, reliable and able to work under time constraints.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with learners with specific learning difficulties is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate handwritten notes for lectures, seminars, and group tasks.
• Review and format notes for student accessibility after each lecture.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality with students and Randstad.
• Follow institution policies and procedures while supporting learners.
