It is vital we have academic mentors that are able to support students wage 11-18 with the national curriculum. Which is why the ideal candidate will be at a graduate level or have a strong tuition background.

Which is why we are offering a Academic Mentor Opportunity Are you a graduate with a degree in Maths, English, or Science? Do you have a passion for education and supporting young minds? We are looking for a dedicated Academic Mentor. We represent an Outstanding Ofsted rated secondary school.

Role Overview: As a Academic Mentor, you will:

  • Provide tailored academic support to students across various year groups.
  • Identify and assist students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to deliver engaging and effective support in core subjects.
  • Offer mentorship, motivation, and encouragement to students facing academic challenges.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Maths, English, or Science (graduates welcome!).
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • A genuine passion for education and making a difference in students' lives.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a secondary school environment.
