Job summary

Randstad Student Support is seeking an experienced, fully qualified practitioner to deliver reflective group clinical supervision for the University of Southampton's Student Mental Health & Wellbeing team.

The role centres on non-clinical case reflection, practitioner wellbeing, and safeguarding within higher education, with supervision delivered on-campus at Highfield or via remote sessions under a flexible service agreement to fit staff shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in mental health, social care, or counselling sectors.
• Strong familiarity with Higher Education contexts and student mental health dynamics.
• Excellent facilitation, active listening and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough knowledge of safeguarding, boundaries, and risk governance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Reflective supervision for groups and individuals to 45 staff.
• Promote wellbeing and resilience among practitioners.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards and multi-agency pathways.
• Record attendance and contribute to supervision review summaries.
• Adhere to safeguarding and escalation protocols.
