Salary: £42,263- £57,181 annual, depending on experience

Responsibilities

INTO London is seeking an experienced and inspiring Academic Manager to lead our STEM programmes. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving the quality, development and delivery of Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths pathways, ensuring exceptional academic and pastoral support for our international students.

Working closely with the Academic Director and wider teaching team, you\'ll lead on curriculum development, manage teaching resources and timetabling, oversee assessment processes, and ensure strong progression outcomes. You\'ll support, develop and guide a dedicated academic team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture with a shared commitment to student success.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow STEM provision within a diverse and forward-thinking academic environment. We\'re looking for someone with a strong academic background in a STEM discipline, significant teaching experience, and proven leadership within an educational setting. A passion for working with international students and the ability to lead with clarity, empathy and purpose are essential.
