Academic in Residence – Chemistry
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: Unqualified / Main Pay Scale (Inner London weighting)

London Academy of Excellence (LAE) is seeking to recruit a highly inspirational and academically skilled Teacher of Chemistry with exceptional subject knowledge to teach and support the most able students in this ambitious, academically selective sixth form.

We seek an exceptional candidate studying postgraduate qualifications who is passionate and committed to high academic standards in their subject. A teaching qualification is not necessarily required for this post, but a passion and aptitude for teaching and imparting knowledge is essential. The successful applicant will enjoy working with colleagues who have progressed to senior roles from a similar pathway.
