Compensation: Grade 5 - Starting from GBP 29,179 rising to GBP 32,546 per annum

Description

We are looking for a well-organised and proactive administrator to join our Academic Governance and Quality team. This is a great opportunity to support the smooth running of key academic processes that help maintain the quality and standards of our courses.

About the Role

In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Head of Academic Governance and Quality and the wider team. You will be responsible for servicing University and School committees, managing external examiner processes, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.

You will support the creation and updating of Definitive Programme Documents (DPDs), ensuring version control and accessibility for students and staff. You will also assist in the coordination of programme approval, review, and modification processes, and help keep our systems and websites updated.

Additional Information

Salary Grade 5 - Starting from GBP 29,175 rising to GBP 32,546 per annumThe salary range shows the potential maximum pay progression in addition to any annual inflationary increase to your pay. Please note that our default position is to appoint into the lower end of the range, unless there are exceptional circumstances.Interview Date - 1st September 2025Please note that as of April 2024, there has been a change in the UK's sponsorship threshold. Regrettably as the salary for this role falls beneath this, you will not be eligible for sponsorship therefore your application will automatically be rejected.
