Responsibilities
  • Provide a comprehensive and professional support service to the Faculty/School leadership teams, as directed by the pressures/demands of the school and faculties at varying periods throughout the academic year.
  • Undertake project work, analysis and research under three broad headings: Teaching, Placement and Assessment Support; the focus may change according to the stage in the academic cycle.
About You
  • Good standard of numeracy and literacy, either by qualification or work-related activities
  • Evidence of IT literacy by qualifications, professional recognition or relevant work experience
  • Experience of supporting at least one of the following areas within a higher education context: quality assurance; academic audits; inspection by accrediting bodies; examinations & results; pursuit of excellence in teaching & research
