We are seeking

to appoint an administrator in a small and friendly team of six, responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the student-focused parts of the Faculty’s work. The focus of this role is managing the examinations processes for our diverse range of undergraduate and graduate degree courses.

The successful candidate will be educated to ‘A’ level, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent, and will demonstrate experience working effectively as part of a team or independently, with a proven ability to manage administrative processes and customer-facing work.

They will possess excellent organisational, numerical, and communication skills, along with meticulous attention to detail.

The post is based at the Faculty’s building on Pusey Lane, Central Oxford, and is a full-time position. We are committed to providing a family-friendly working environment and are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements with shortlisted applicants.
