JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
SALARY: £32,916 - £49,232 (MPS-UPS 2) + SEN Allowance £2,787 + TLR 2 £6,950
BENEFITS: Generous Holiday (13 weeks’ paid holiday to be taken in school holidays), NEST Pension Scheme, Sickness entitlement 2 weeks full pay 2 weeks half pay

We have an exciting new job opportunity for an enthusiastic, creative and forward-thinking school leader to become an Academic Achievement and Progress Manager.
Swalcliffe Park School provides specialist residential education and care for around 70 secondary aged boys (10-19 yrs) all of whom are on the Autism Spectrum. We offer excellent working conditions in a beautiful environment, including paid school holidays, opportunities for career development and staff training.
As the Academic Achievement and Progress Manager you will be a member of the School’s Management Team, where your role will be pivotal in working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, including SENCO, Exams Officer, Key Stage co-ordinators and therapists to lead the Achievement strand of our framework.
