AC Service Engineer - North London / Herts - 40 - 46,500K

My client is a London-based, leading AC & Mechanical Contractor operating since the 1960s. They specialize in the design, installation, service, maintenance, and breakdown of HVAC equipment for clients in high-end residential, commercial offices, education, healthcare, hospitality, and retail sectors.

With a team of over 15 staff, they are looking to expand by hiring an AC Service Engineer based in and operating within North & West London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire.

The Job

Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm. You will primarily work within high-end residential properties in London and commercial properties.

• Servicing AC units, particularly VRVs.
• Service-focused engineer with good breakdown and repair experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Experience with Daikin and Mitsubishi Electric.

Salary and Package

£43,000 - £46,500

• Van and Fuel Card
• Overtime available: 1.5x in weekdays, till 5pm on Saturdays, double time on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
• Minimum 8 hours guaranteed on overtime for weekend work regardless of hours worked.
• 25 days holidays plus 8 bank holidays.
• Uniform and PPE provided.
• Mobile phone.
• D2D travel on sites outside London.
• Call out duty 1 in 6-8 weeks, £180/week standby, extra pay for call-outs and overtime at D2D rates.
