Job summary

Perigon Search is seeking an experienced air conditioning installer for a permanent role covering a fixed patch in Uxbridge. You will install wall-mounted split and multi-split systems in customers' homes, with full kit provided from day one and no overnight stays.

You'll survey upcoming installs, plan work in advance, and enjoy a predictable diary rather than chasing a nationwide rota. A local patch, steady salary, and paid overtime are part of the package.

Air conditioning installation. Your patch. Home every night.

A local patch, a company van and your own bed every night. No motorway miles, no hotels, no nationwide rota. This is a permanent AC installation role built around a fixed patch in Uxbridge, with full kit provided from day one.

What you'll be doing

You'll install wall-mounted split and multi-split air conditioning systems in customers' homes. Jobs are planned and booked by the office, so you're working to a proper diary rather than chasing a rota across the country. You'll also survey some of your own upcoming installs a few weeks out, so you see the job before you're stood in front of it and you're never caught out by someone else's bad survey.

If you're self-employed, this trades the quoting and invoice-chasing for a steady salary, planned work and paid holiday.

What you'll need

This isn't commercial work. There's no VRV, no VRF, no chillers or plant rooms, and no nationwide travel. If you want a big commercial variety or a depot to report to every morning, this won't suit you.

• £42,000 to £45,000, depending on experience
