Job summary

Perigon Search is seeking an experienced AC installer for a fixed Oxford patch. You’ll install wall-mounted split and multi-split systems in customers’ homes, with office-planned schedules and a defined local area.

You’ll also survey upcoming installs to preview jobs and ensure accurate surveys before arrival. Role is permanent, with a company van and full installation kit provided, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, paid overtime, and travel paid beyond the first 15 minutes.

Air conditioning installation. Your patch. Home every night.

A local patch, a company van and your own bed every night. No motorway miles, no hotels, no nationwide rota. This is a permanent AC installation role built around a fixed patch in Oxford, with full kit provided from day one.

What you'll be doing

You'll install wall-mounted split and multi-split air conditioning systems in customers' homes. Jobs are planned and booked by the office, so you're working to a proper diary rather than chasing a rota across the country. You'll also survey some of your own upcoming installs a few weeks out, so you see the job before you're stood in front of it and you're never caught out by someone else's bad survey.

What you'll need

• Solid experience installing domestic air conditioning systems
• Confidence carrying out your own surveys
• The professionalism to work cleanly and courteously in someone's home

This isn't commercial work. There's no VRV, no VRF, no chillers or plant rooms, and no nationwide travel. If you want a big commercial variety or a depot to report to every morning, this won't suit you.

Pay and package

• £42,000 to £45,000, depending on experience
• Permanent, directly employed
