AC Service Engineer - North London / Herts - 40 - 46,500K

My client is a London-based, leading AC & Mechanical Contractor operating since the 1960s. They specialize in the design, installation, service, maintenance, and breakdown of HVAC equipment for a diverse portfolio including high-end residential, commercial offices, education, healthcare, hospitality, and retail sectors.

With a team of over 15 staff, they are looking to expand by hiring an AC Service Engineer. The ideal candidate would be based in and operate within North & West London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, or Hertfordshire.

The Job

Working Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, mainly within high-end residential properties and commercial properties in London.

• Servicing AC units, particularly VRVs
• Breakdown and repair experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Experience with Daikin and Mitsubishi Electric systems

Salary and Package

£43,000 - £46,500

• Van and fuel card provided
• Overtime opportunities: 1.5x rate during weekdays and till 5 pm on Saturdays; double time on Sundays and bank holidays
• Minimum of 8 hours guaranteed on overtime for weekend work
• 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays

• Call out duty: 1 in 6-8, £180/week standby plus overtime and call-out allowances
