AC Engineer

Job description

My client is a medium sized national FM company looking for an experienced and qualified A/C Engineer to join an established team on a mobile basis within the Swindon area. This is a mobile role working on a portfolio of commercial properties. This is a maintenance role including ppms, breakdowns and servicing. Hours of work are Monday - Friday with OT and Call out available.

Responsibilities:

1. Working on a portfolio of mixed commercial sites
2. Covering large areas including Berkshire, Bucks, Herts and London
3. Carrying out all the servicing & maintenance of commercial air-conditioning and refrigeration units
4. Working on various air conditioning systems - VRV / VRFs, split & multi-split systems
5. As a service engineer, you will cover air handling, air conditioning & refrigeration
6. Complete all paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner
7. Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines

My client is keen to meet with individuals with the following:

1. NVQ level 2 (min) Air-conditioning and refrigeration
2. Experience with VRV's, VRF's, chillers, Air handling units
3. F Gas 2079/2089 qualified
4. Have commercial experience in Building Services or FM Background
5. Air conditioning and refrigeration knowledge
6. Flexible with a positive attitude and approach
7. 17th Edition (highly desired)
