I am excited to present a fantastic opportunity at a Top-Tier Legal500 law firm located in the heart of Central London. The Abuse team is seeking a NQ to 5-year PQE Solicitor that is keen to progress their career within Abuse claims.

The current team has a proven track record as leading experts in abuse claims nationwide. They handle high-profile cases often covered by the media, including historical abuse, child abuse, adult abuse, and online abuse. These cases involve physical violence, sexual assault, and emotional and mental abuse. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that abusers and the organizations that enabled abuse face justice, which significantly contributes to the survivors' healing journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivering high-quality care and service to clients
2. Managing and conducting challenging abuse claims

Requirements:

1. NQ to 5 years PQE
2. Experience in Clinical Negligence, Serious Injury, or Human Rights (previous experience in abuse work is highly advantageous)
3. Strong work ethic, sociable demeanor, and excellent administrative and research skills
