Job summary

S&W, a UK top accountancy firm, is seeking a Product Manager for the ABS portfolio within Digital Technology Solutions. You will own day-to-day management of about 40 products, collaborating with Audit & Assurance and BOS teams to align roadmaps with business goals.

You will engage with stakeholders, manage demand and backlogs, coordinate with vendors, and support business cases and benefits realisation. This role offers exposure to digital transformation and AI-enabled initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional services or advisory environments.
• Knowledge of product management governance frameworks.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party software providers.
• Exposure to change management, digital transformation or AI-enabled solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power Platform and modern SaaS applications.
• Experience in Product Management or a similar technology role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management at all levels.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day governance of the ABS product portfolio.
• Build relationships with Audit and BOS teams to understand priorities.
• Act as the primary contact for product-related demand and triage.
• Maintain a transparent product backlog balancing value, risk and strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, adoption and UX.
• Coordinate with vendors to influence future development.
• Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on priorities and risks.
• Support business cases, investment proposals and benefits realisation.
