Job summary

S&W in the UK is seeking a Product Manager to own the ABS product portfolio within the Digital Technology Solutions function. You'll work with Audit & Assurance and BOS, shaping priorities and ensuring roadmaps deliver business value.

You will build relationships with senior stakeholders, triage demand, manage the backlog and coordinate with vendors to maximise value. Experience in professional services and SaaS products strongly preferred.

Qualifications

  • Experience working within professional services, audit, accounting or business outsourcing environments.
  • Knowledge of product management methodologies and governance frameworks.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party software providers.
  • Exposure to change management, digital transformation or AI-enabled solutions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power Platform and modern SaaS applications.
  • Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis or a similar business-facing technology role.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility at all levels of an organisation.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrable experience managing demand, backlogs and competing stakeholder requirements.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.

  • Support the development of business cases, investment proposals and benefits realisation activities.

Job Description

Job Purpose

This role reports to the Senior Digital Manager for ABS in Digital Technology Solutions function (DTS), this role will provide day-to-day ownership of the ABS product portfolio and ensuring that technology investment delivers tangible business value.

The role is responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 40 products and applications used across Audit & Assurance and Business Outsourcing Services (BOS). Working closely with business leadership, end users, vendors and DTS colleagues, the Product Manager will identify pain points, shape priorities, manage demand and ensure product roadmaps align to business objectives.
