This brand-new position is offered on a 4 days on, 3 day off roster x 3, 8 days on, 6 days off roster to local residents or FIFO from Perth. A bus service is available from Kalgoorlie or Kambalda.

  • Be a trusted guide – Support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees through their journey at Gold Fields, offering care, cultural understanding, and a listening ear.
  • Build strong connections – Spend time on-site with our people, hear their stories, and help leaders understand and respect cultural commitments.
  • Develop employee talent – Develop thorough employee career plans to assist our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees to flourish and grow their careers at Gold Fields.
  • Create safe spaces – Help run focus groups and forums where voices are heard, ideas are shared, and real change can happen to support our employees on-site.
  • Shape the future – Support recruitment efforts and help build a strong talent pipeline of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates.
  • Represent and inspire – Attend community recruitment events, expos, and networking opportunities to connect with future talent and promote Gold Fields as an employer of choice.
