Your Role in our Mission
Our mission is to make the world a better place to work. To achieve this, we’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to lead and execute our ABM strategy.
This role is crucial in driving engagement with high-value accounts by blending ABM strategy, marketing operations, and data-driven insights to optimise campaign performance. Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Revenue Operations to build targeted marketing campaigns and improve performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a scalable ABM framework, defining goals, target account selection, and tailored marketing tactics to drive growth across all funnel stages.
- Collaborate with demand generation, customer marketing, and other teams to identify target accounts and orchestrate customised campaigns, using data insights, digital advertising, personalised content, direct mail, and events.
- Build and maintain the marketing calendar (e.g., in Monday.com).
- Translate strategic themes into tactical workstreams with clear owners and deadlines.
- Facilitate cross-functional planning, such as quarterly campaign maps and weekly syncs.
- Utilise data insights to build detailed buyer personas and map customer journeys, ensuring personalised tactics for each account.
- Work with Content to develop personalised assets like collateral, case studies, and landing pages.
- Partner with demand generation to create playbooks for nurturing accounts and optimising the buyer’s journey.
- Implement and optimise marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, and nurturing processes with the marketing ops team.
- Measure and analyse campaign performance, tracking KPIs, ROI, and funnel metrics.
- Develop dashboards and reports to evaluate performance across channels.
- Stay updated on ABM technologies and recommend enhancements to the tech stack.
- Provide training and resources to improve ABM practices within the team.
Skills
- Proven success in delivering ABM strategies and integrated campaigns within B2B SaaS.
- Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), analytics (Google Analytics, Tableau), and ABM tools (6sense, Demandbase).
- Ability to work cross-functionally and align marketing with sales.
- Strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
