Job summary

Morrisons in Wales is seeking a Store Manager to deputise for the Store Manager, guiding a large, fast-paced store in Penparcau to deliver safe, high-quality service and strong commercial results.

You will empower managers, coach departments, ensure food safety and legal standards, optimise availability, and respond to customer feedback. This role offers career progression, employee discounts, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Managers are key to keeping our stores running smoothly, safely, and efficiently every day. Deputising for the Store Manager, you’ll lead from the front to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where every colleague feels valued, supported, and ready to succeed.

You’ll bring a proactive approach, taking ownership of store operations, driving high standards, and coaching department managers to build a confident, high-performing team.

More about you

Ideally you’ll have proven experience in the retail industry, with a track record of successfully managing a large, fast-paced store operation turning over at least £150k a week.

You’ll be the kind of person who:
