Role Overview

You put the customer at the heart of everything you do, greeting and serving them in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You will learn about our products to assist customers effectively.

Role Responsibilities

• Greet and thank customers warmly, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Provide exceptional service, helping customers find suitable products for in-store and multi-channel sales.
• Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
• Assist with deliveries and stock replenishment.
• Maintain shop and back-of-house cleanliness and organisation.
• Stay updated on company activities and promotions.
• Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches.
• Adhere to all company policies and GDPR procedures.
