Vacancy: ABA Tutor - Northolt (West London)
Location: Northolt, London Borough of Ealing
Hours: Full-time (term‑time) or flexible part-time options
Salary: £100 per day

About Us
We are a committed and inclusive team supporting children with autism and additional learning needs across Northolt and the wider Ealing area. Our mission is to provide high-quality ABA-based support in homes, schools, and specialist provisions that empowers children to reach their full potential.

Role & Responsibilities
Deliver 1:1 and small-group ABA sessions based on structured, individualised programmes

Use evidence-based strategies to support communication, emotional regulation, and independence

Collect and analyse data to track behavioural and developmental progress

Work collaboratively with BCBAs, supervisors, SENCOs, families, and school staff

Attend regular training and supervision to maintain a high standard of practice

What We're Looking For
Experience or a strong interest in working with children with autism or SEN

Understanding of ABA principles and positive behaviour support

Patience, empathy, and strong communication and observational skills

Ability to follow behaviour intervention plans and manage session data

Desirable: RBT or BCBA certification, or experience using PECS, Makaton, or other AAC systems
