Job description

A well-regarded all through special needs school in Brent is seeking a skilled and compassionate ABA Tutor to join their team from September on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practitioner with a background in Applied Behaviour Analysis who is passionate about supporting students with special educational needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering tailored, evidence-based interventions to support students with autism and other developmental needs. Working closely with class teachers, therapists, and other support staff, the ABA Tutor will help implement individualised behaviour and learning plans, track progress, and contribute to creating a positive, structured environment for learning. Applicants must have previous experience working as an ABA Tutor or in a similar role within a special needs setting. A solid understanding of ABA principles, along with strong communication skills, patience, and a commitment to inclusion, are essential.
