Responsibilities

  • Lead the class team in conjunction with the class teacher to implement and monitor effective ABA-based provision.
  • Raise learning outcomes for pupils with autism through high-energy, evidence-based ABA practice.
  • Safeguard pupils and maintain safeguarding procedures in line with policy.
  • Engage with parents, therapists and other professionals to support pupils’ holistic development.

Job Title: ABA Supervisor

Responsible To: Headteacher, Senior and Middle Leadership team and Governors

Responsible For: Implementing and monitoring effective ABA-based provision and leading the class team in conjunction with class teacher

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, Term Time Only, 8.30am to 4.30pm with 30 minutes of break (some flexibility expected depending on critical school need)
