Job summary

Northern Marine Manning Services is seeking experienced ABs to cover a Hebridean Island Cruises itinerary for a week beginning 6 October. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and at least 6 months at sea as an AB.

Essential certifications include STCW Seafarers Discharge Book, CO(C) Able Seafarer Deck, STCW BST, CCM A-V/2(7) & Passenger Safety A-V/2 (6), Survival Craft & Rescue Boats A-VI/2-1, and ENG1/ILO Medical.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months at sea as AB.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Passport
  • UK Residence or UK RTW Permit
  • Seafarers Discharge Book
  • STCW Certificate of Competency (CoC) - Able Seafarer - Deck
  • STCW Basic Safety Training
  • STCW Crowd Management A-V/2(7) & Passenger Safety A-V/2(6)
  • STCW Proficiency in Survival Craft & Rescue Boats A-VI/2-1 (other than Fast Rescue Boats)
  • ENG1 Medical / ILO Medical

Job description

On behalf of our client, Northern Marine Manning Services Ltd are looking to recruit experienced and immediately available ABs for Hebridean Island Cruises vessels on 6th October for a 1-week cover trip. Please note due to the itinerary of the vessel, all applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

Experience Required:

You must have at least 6 months at sea as an AB to be considered for the role.
